Getting Started with The Quiet Wounds
A Thoughtful Path Toward Support
Beginning personal growth and healing work deserves clarity, care, and professional structure.
At The Quiet Wounds, we follow a guided process designed to ensure emotional safety, ethical alignment, and appropriate placement.
Step 1 — Program Orientation Call
Your First Conversation
The process begins with a brief, confidential orientation call.
This 15–20 minute conversation allows you to:
• Share what brings you here
• Learn how our programs work
• Ask questions
• Explore available options
• Determine whether our services are a good fit
This call is informational and supportive.
It is not therapy or clinical assessment.
Fee: $85
(Credited toward intake if you continue)
Step 2 — Comprehensive Intake & Orientation
Professional Assessment
If the orientation call suggests that guided or clinical services may be appropriate, you will be invited to complete a comprehensive intake process.
This includes:
• Review of personal history
• Assessment of goals and readiness
• Emotional and relational pattern review
• Safety and risk screening
• Placement recommendations
This process is conducted under licensed clinical oversight.
Fee: $150–$350
(Depending on individual complexity and needs)
Step 3 — Placement & Pathway
Your Recommended Next Step
After intake, we will recommend the pathway best aligned with your goals and circumstances.
This may include:
• Self-directed courses
• Community participation
• Guided group programs
• Individual therapy
• External referrals when appropriate
Our recommendations prioritize long-term wellbeing and growth.
Our Commitment to Safety and Integrity
We are intentional about who we serve and how we serve.
All services are provided within clearly defined ethical and professional boundaries. Some offerings do not constitute psychotherapy. Clinical services are provided by licensed professionals.
This structure protects participants, providers, and the integrity of our work.
