A thoughtful place to begin.

If you’re considering deeper support and aren’t sure what the right next step is, an orientation call can help orient you — calmly and without pressure.

What the Orientation Call is

The orientation call is a brief, private conversation designed to help you understand your options within The Quiet Wounds.

It may include

  • Clarifying what you’re currently navigating

  • Discussing the difference between therapy, coaching, education, and community support

  • Exploring which offerings may be appropriate — or whether something else is needed

  • Answering practical questions without commitment

There is no obligation to continue beyond this conversation.

What this orientation is not

  • It is not a therapy session

  • It is not an assessment or diagnosis

  • It is not a sales call

  • It is not a commitment to ongoing care

Its purpose is clarity, not persuasion.

The Orientation Call may be helpful if…

  • You’re unsure which kind of support fits your situation

  • You want to understand your options before committing

  • You value clear boundaries and ethical guidance

  • You’ve had confusing or destabilizing relational experiences

  • You’re considering therapy but want to proceed thoughtfully

  • You’re curious about programs or groups but want context first

  • You prefer calm, structured conversations

  • You want to feel respected in the process

Clinically guided and clearly bounded

All consultations at The Quiet Wounds are guided by licensed clinical leadership to ensure ethical clarity and trauma-informed standards.

An orientation call does not constitute psychotherapy. Therapy services, when offered, are provided only by licensed clinicians and clearly identified.

Scheduling an orientation call

Consultations are scheduled at times that respect privacy and pacing.

You are welcome to review availability and choose a time that works for you.

The Orientation call is 15–20 minutes with a $85 fee that will be credited toward intake if applicable

We work with thoughtful individuals who value privacy, responsibility, and meaningful growth.

What Happens After This Call

If guided or clinical services may be appropriate, you may be invited to complete a comprehensive intake process.

This includes professional assessment, safety screening, and individualized placement.

Fees range from $150–$350 depending on complexity.

There’s no rush.

You don’t need certainty to begin.

If an initial consultation feels like a supportive next step, you’re welcome to schedule one. If not, you’re still welcome here.
